Key information
Dotdigital AI is an artificial intelligence tool powered by Microsoft Azure's OpenAI service and ChatGPT, and it might produce incorrect responses or suggestions. You must review Dotdigital AI content suggestions carefully before committing to their use.
Dotdigital AI runs against a model in Azure that's specific to Dotdigital. The model discards all information after the task you have chosen is complete.
Based on a fair usage policy, we ask that you use Dotdigital AI responsibly. Maximum 200 requests per account every 24 hours.
AI agents
Dotdigital AI includes agents that help you work more efficiently using conversational workflows. These agents operate directly within key areas of Marketing and help you make and refine changes as you work.
Private preview
These features are currently in Private preview (with a waitlist) and not available to all users. Complete the form to request access to the private preview.
Content Agent is built into EasyEditor and helps you create and refine campaign content through chat. It can generate and rewrite copy, adjust tone and styling, and suggest personalisation or images using your brand voice. You can review and apply changes to specific blocks, combining agent-driven suggestions with manual editing.
Segment Agent lets you build and refine segments using natural language instead of manual rule building. You can create new segments, update existing ones, and view summaries directly in the segments area. It uses your available data fields and current segment as context, and supports iterative editing by applying changes based on your prompts.
Brand voice
Teach Dotdigital AI your brand's tone, style, and writing rules so every piece of AI-generated content sounds like you. Once set up, Dotdigital AI uses your brand voice profile across all its writing tools, giving you on-brand first drafts that need less editing.

Your contacts may use security products to keep their inboxes secure, and these security products can open your email campaigns and interact with the links they contain. To help improve the accuracy of your reports, you can make your account filter out any activity from known non-humans.
