Dotdigital AI runs against a model in Azure that's specific to Dotdigital. The model discards all information after providing feedback on your campaign.
Based on a fair usage policy, we ask you to use Dotdigital AI responsibly. Maximum 200 requests per account every 24 hours.
Use Dotdigital AI Subject line assistant
Grab your contacts’ attention in the right way as soon as you hit their inbox.
Start typing your subject line and, once you enter more than four characters, Dotdigital AI automatically generates alternative or improved versions of your text based on what you’ve written. The more context you provide, the more tailored and relevant the suggestions are.
Each Dotdigital AI-generated subject line includes an A/B button, allowing you to create test variants and find out which one performs best.

Create or edit an HTML Email campaign as normal.
On the EasyEditor toolbar, select the Dotdigital AI icon.
Select Feedback assistant.
Dotdigital AI reviews your campaign and, in a few seconds, produces five suggestions for improving and optimising your campaign content.

With the help of Dotdigital AI, you can create captivating content, manage your time more effectively, overcome writer's block, avoid digital uniformity, find inspiration, and effectively convey your message in a tone that matches your company's style.
The Dotdigital AI rewrite assistant enables you to select from five rewriting options:
Check grammar
Fix any grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors in your copy. Additionally, you receive constructive feedback to enhance your writing further.Change tone
Change the tone of your copy. Choose up to two tones to apply.Change length
Change the length of your copy. Choose to expand or shorten your copy.
Rephrase text
Choose to rewrite your copy in a specific way.Summarise: make your text shorter and more concise.
Reword: retain the meaning of your text but provide an alternative wording.
Improve readability: Improve clarity and structure.

Brighten up your text with relevant emojis.
The Dotdigital AI rewrite tool is available in text-based blocks in EasyEditor for email campaigns and Surveys, pages, and forms.
Use the Dotdigital AI rewrite assistant
In your Email campaign, hover over the text box you want to rewrite.
Select the Dotdigital AI icon in the text box header, then select the rewrite option you want to use.
If asked, choose a maximum of two options for your rewrite.
For example, a tone type.Hover over the rewrite you want to use, then select Copy in the bottom right. This copies the rewrite to your clipboard so you can paste it back into your text box.
Supported languages
Dotdigital AI can check grammar and provide suggestions for any language. However, all feedback and instructions are given in the language associated with your account.
