The Dotdigital AI rewrite assistant helps you review and refine text in your surveys, pages and forms. You can use it to check grammar, adjust tone, rewrite content, or change the length of your text. Dotdigital AI provides suggestions directly in EasyEditor to help you create clear and consistent content.

Before you start
Dotdigital AI is an artificial intelligence tool powered by Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI service and ChatGPT, and it might produce incorrect responses. Review all Dotdigital AI suggestions before making changes to your survey, page, or form.
Dotdigital AI uses an Azure‑hosted model that is specific to Dotdigital. The model discards all information after providing feedback on your page or form.
The Dotdigital AI rewrite tool is available in text-based blocks in EasyEditor for email campaigns and Surveys, pages, and forms.
Based on a fair usage policy, we ask you to use Dotdigital AI responsibly. Each account can make up to 200 requests every 24 hours.

You can choose from five rewrite options:

Change tone
Change length
Rephrase text
Add emojis
Grammar check
Fix any grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors in your copy. Additionally, you receive constructive feedback to further enhance your writing.
Change tone
Change the tone of your copy. Choose up to two tones for your rewrite.
Available tones:

Change the length of your copy. Choose to expand or shorten your copy.

Choose to rewrite your copy in a specific way.
Rewrite options:

Use the Dotdigital AI rewrite assistant
In your survey, page, or form, find the text box you want to rewrite.
Select the Dotdigital AI icon on the text box, then choose the rewrite option you want to use.
Dotdigital AI grammar check automatically scans your message and provides the following:
SuggestionA rewrite of your copy based on the rewrite option you chose.
If asked, choose a maximum of two options for your rewrite. For example, a tone type.
Hover over the rewrite, then select Copy in the bottom right. This copies Winston’s rewrite to your clipboard so you can paste it back into your text box.
Supported languages
Dotdigital AI can check grammar and provide suggestions for any language. However, all feedback and instructions are given in the language associated with your account.
