Use Content agent in the SMS and MMS editor to write and improve your messages through conversation. Start with an existing message or ask the agent for a first draft, then use prompts to shorten, adjust tone, and add personalisation. Content agent also uses your brand voice to guide its suggestions if you have configured it.
Content agent understands how SMS works, so it takes message length, segments, and special characters into account when it suggests content.

Shorten a message Use fewer segments. | Shorten this message so it fits in one segment. | Keep the discount code and the link, but cut the rest down. |

Advanced example
Combine several instructions in one prompt to get closer to what you want first time:
Write an SMS for VIP customers giving them early access to our weekend sale. Mention 20% off, include their first name, keep it to one segment, and end with a short call to action.
Create MMS content
For MMS, Content agent does everything it does for SMS, and it can also generate and edit images for your message.
Generate an image
Example: Create an image of a summer picnic with our products on a blanket, in a bright, cheerful style.
Refine further:
Example: Make the background less busy so the products stand out.
Edit an image
Example: Remove the person in the background of this image.
Each image you generate, and each edit you make to an image, uses one image credit. MMS and email share the same monthly image credits.

Improve your results
To get the most out of Content agent, treat it as a collaborative assistant. Guide it clearly and refine outputs through conversation.
Be clear and specific
Tell the agent what the message is for, who it's for, and how long it should be.
Instead of: Write an SMS.
Try: Write a one-segment SMS reminding customers their order is ready to collect.
Say how long the message should be
Ask for a number of segments or characters, such as keep it to one segment, so the agent can plan the message length.
Iterate and refine
Build towards the result step by step. Start with a general request, then follow up with adjustments to tone, length, and wording.Check the final length before sending
Personalisation and links can change your character count when the message is sent. Review the segment count in the editor and set max SMS segments to manage your spend.Send a test
Send a test message to your own number to check how it looks on a phone.
Keep control of the final result
Content agent suggests changes, but you decide what to apply. Always review updates before applying them.
