DotdigitalAI runs against a model in Azure that's specific to Dotdigital. The model discards all information after completing work on your campaign.
Based on a fair usage policy, we ask you to use DotdigitalAI responsibly. Maximum 200 requests per account every 24 hours.
DotdigitalAI can provide suggestions for any language. However, all feedback and instructions are given in the language associated with your account.

If you’ve created an email campaign and want to quickly reuse its content in an SMS message, DotdigitalAI can help you convert all key pieces of information from your email campaign into an SMS message within seconds.

On the Content page for your SMS or MMS campaign, select your Message.
Select the DotdigitalAI icon, then select Change length.
Choose either:
Shorten - DotdigitalAI reduces the character length of your message.
Expand - DotdigitalAI increases the character length of your message.
DotdigitalAI then creates a suggestion.
Select Use to replace your original message with DotdigitalAI suggestion, or select Copy to copy DotdigitalAI suggestion to your clipboard, and paste it back into your message or somewhere else.
Grammar check

On the Content page for your SMS or MMS campaign, select your Message.
Select the DotdigitalAI icon, then select Check grammar.
DotdigitalAI automatically scans your message and provides the following:
Grammar feedback
Feedback on the grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors DotdigitalAI detected in the original message.Suggestion
DotdigitalAI rewritten version of your message with corrections.
Select Use to replace your original message with DotdigitalAI suggestion, or select Copy to copy DotdigitalAI suggestion to your clipboard, and paste it back into your message or somewhere else.

Select the DotdigitalAI icon, then select Add emojis.
DotdigitalAI then creates a new suggestion of your message with emojis added in.
DotdigitalAI sometimes replaces text with emojis.Select Use to replace your original message with DotdigitalAI suggestion, or select Copy to copy DotdigitalAI suggestion to your clipboard, and paste it back into your message or somewhere else.
Emojis count as Unicode characters in SMS messages. Learn more in SMS message length and Unicode.

Select one or two of the style choices and wait for DotdigitalAI to create a suggestion.
Select Use to replace your original message with DotdigitalAI suggestion, or select Copy to copy DotdigitalAI suggestion to your clipboard, and paste it back into your message or somewhere else.

On the Content page for your SMS or MMS campaign, select your Message.
Select the DotdigitalAI icon, then select Rephrase text.
Choose one of the rephrase styles and wait for Winston to create a suggestion.
Select Use to replace your original message with Winston’s suggestion, or select Copy to copy Winston’s suggestion to your clipboard, and paste it back into your message or somewhere else.

Convert email campaigns to SMS
This feature is currently in Beta, and may be subject to short-notice changes or improvements.
DotdigitalAI takes the key points from your original email campaign and condenses them to a word count suitable for an SMS message.
There are two ways to convert your email campaigns into SMS messages:
1. From the email campaigns page
Go to Campaigns > Email.
Select the Convert to SMS icon for the email campaign you want to convert.
2. Inside an email campaign
Open an email campaign.
Expand the DotdigitalAI drop-down menu and select Convert email to SMS.
