Your WhatsApp display name is the business name that contacts see when they message you. You can update this name through Meta Business Manager, then re-register your number in Dotdigital Marketing to apply the changes.
Before you start
You must have a WhatsApp Business Account connected to Dotdigital Marketing.
Display name changes require approval from Meta.
Change your display name
Go to Meta Business Manager > WhatsApp Manager > Account tools > Phone numbers > Profile.
Update the display name.
Wait for Meta to approve the new display name.
In Marketing, select the Account menu icon and go to Settings > WhatsApp > Manage connection.
Select Re-register.
