Adobe Commerce multisite implementation
You configure connector settings for each website. Each website can sync to its own Marketing account, or several websites can share one account. All stores and store views in a website sync to that website's account.
All the data the connector sends includes the website and store it came from. To segment contacts on this, map Website Name, Store Name, and Store View Name to contact data fields in the connector's data mapping settings. This is especially useful when several websites or stores share one Marketing account.
Product catalogs can sync at store view level or default level:
Store view level
Each store view's catalog syncs separately, using that store view's product values.
Default level
One catalog syncs, using your default website-level product values.
Two Adobe Commerce websites, each syncing to its own Dotdigital Marketing account. Website A's two store views sync as two separate catalogs. Website B's store view syncs as one catalog.
Two Adobe Commerce websites, each syncing to its own Dotdigital Marketing account. Each account receives one default catalog.
