What's new sparkles

Segmentation

  • We’ve added Order and Webinsight filters to Segment and List analytics, making it easier to analyze customer behavior, commerce activity, and web engagement using consistent filtering across views. Learn more.

Audience

  • Segment and List analytics now automatically hide commerce-related tabs and order filters for users without eCommerce permissions, creating a simpler and more relevant experience.

  • Personas filtering in the RFM and eRFM area has been improved following the initial release of enhanced filtering capabilities.

Connectors and integrations

  • The Facebook Lead Ads setup process has been streamlined by removing the separate page selection step and using the pages selected during authentication instead.

  • Facebook Lead Ads synchronization settings now use minute-based intervals, enabling more flexible management of sync frequencies. Learn more.

CPaaS

  • You can now provide your own message ID when submitting messages through the API, helping you safely retry requests and confirm whether a message was successfully accepted.

Bug fixes bug

We've made over 12 other bug fixes and improvements.
